Katrina Cornwell attends the Suzuki Actor Training Program 2008 in Toga, Japan |
 Company member Katrina Cornwell has just returned from the intensive Suzuki Actor Training program in Toga-mura, Japan. The course was run in conjunction with Suzuki's annual International Summer Toga Festival. Katrina, who was selected from a large pool of applicants, had the privilege of training with Ellen Lauren twice daily, as well as attending the SCOT company's rehearsals led by Tadashi Suzuki himself, and a number of outstanding performances at the festival. 12 of the Zen Zen Zo company members working with Dairakudakan were able to visit Kat in Toga for a night, and see Suzuki's production of ELECTRA. Everyone found the experience an inspiration.
