PrincipAL instructor / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
NOA ROTEM is an actor, director and teacher. She has recently returned from
New York City where she performed the lead role of Lydia in a
production of Chuck Mee's Big Love as well as undertaking an
internship in with Anne Bogart's SITI Company.
Later in 2009, she will direct Charles Dickens' classic A Christmas
Carol in King George V school, Hong Kong.
Noa's teaching work includes Zen Zen Zo's weekly adult and youth
classes, QUT, JMC Music Academy, QLD Ballet, as well as regular
intensives in Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, New Zealand and
Hong Kong.
Previous credits include directing Hong Kong: Fa Hoi Fu Kwai (Hong
Kong, 2008), co-directing and acting in Up All Night (Still the
Monster, 2008), acting in Dracula (2007), the Edinburgh Festival
multi-award winning Six Women Standing in Front of A White Wall
(Little Dove Theatre Art, 2006/7), Where the Waves Crash (2007), Sub-
Con Warrior 1 (2006), An End To Dreaming (Dresden Dolls/Emma Dean,
2006), Undone (dir. Kat Henry, 2005), Turning Points (dir.Gavin
Robins, 2004) and l'Amore (dir. Marcus Ribera, 2004).
Noa is a graduate of the University of Sydney (Bsc/Psych) and of the
Actor's College (Dip. Of Perfomance/Acting).
