Digital Detox

As part of the Retreat aspect of the program we will encourage a weekend of “Digital Detox”! The latest research
shows that most people check their phones between 50-74 times per day, training their attention towards a
model of disruption and inattention rather than concentration and productivity. During the Artist Retreat we will
focus on slowing down and coming more burningly into the present moment. For the deepest possible
experience, we encourage you to leave your “devices” (phone, computers) at home and enjoy the silence!
