Counselling & Life Coaching
ZEN THERAPY
ZEN THERAPY is run by Dr Lynne Bradley to support individuals and groups who want to focus on living a rich and fulfilled life, by attending to their mental and physical health and wellbeing.
Initially set up to assist artists in the post-pandemic recovery period, the practice is now open to anyone who is experiencing life challenges – both personally and professionally.
Dr Bradley’s approach is one centred around establishing a safe space of acceptance, love, honesty and compassion, where the client can feel free to imagine and work towards their “best self” in an environment where they feel deeply supported and inspired.
