A deep-dive into

ACTING, CREATIVITY, HEALTH & WELLBEING

Join us for some body & soul rejuvenation after a challenging couple of years. This program, which takes inspiration from Julia Cameron’s famous work The Artist’s Way, will enable participants to discover (or re-discover) the “art of creative living”.

 

Each week participants will engage in a range of holistic activities designed to facilitate deeply mindful creative practice.  This will be grouped into three interweaving strands:

ACTING

  • Self-awareness

  • Self-expression

  • Deep presence

CREATIVITY

No prior experience is needed and everyone is welcome (actors, dancers, writers, directors, teachers, students, creative souls, non-artists needing some work-life balance).
